Brian Harvey announced the sale of Harvey Groups renewables subsidiary Solmatix to its MD Neville Bell on the 6th of September. Established 16 years ago, Belfast-based Solmatix is a market leader in the design and installation of advanced solar energy systems, offering a diverse customer base innovative, low-carbon, cost effective renewable energy solutions. After nearly a decade spent successfully within the Harvey Group, this transaction allows Solmatix to further grow and develop as an independent company.

Both companies look forward to continuing to work closely with their network of customers, suppliers and wider stakeholders in the months and years ahead.
