Camden schools project included the redevelopment of William Ellis, La Swop and Parliament Hill schools. Facilities included a sports hall, science labs, sixth form, classrooms, dining hall and music spaces. The site remained live while construction was carried out and was delivered in a staged approach to minimise disruption to students.

Electrical services included: Power and ICT, induction loops, LV switchgear, fire alarm, public address, lightning protection, lighting and controls, security systems and facilities for the disabled. PV panels were installed on the main teaching block to help minimise energy consumption.
Mechanical services included: Domestic services and sanitary ware, air source heat pump, gas-fired boilers and underfloor heating. Ventilation was a combination of natural ventilation, air handling units and heat recovery where possible to minimise energy.
