Harvey Group were responsible for the mechanical and electrical building services installation, which included energy efficient LED lighting complete with daylight dimming, CCTV, data and power. Underfloor heating was installed within the sports hall, with VRF heating/cooling utilised within the classrooms. Specialist gases were installed throughout science laboratories.
Lynch Hill academy was a modular build construction comprising works both in Northern Ireland and Slough. With a significant percentage of the project being pre-fabricated off-site, 'plug and play' methods were adopted to increase efficiency and maintain programme.
