The works spanned over 3 stories and across 4 wings and were completed in 2 phases. Phase 1 included the construction of flats and bedrooms. Once all residences where decanted and comfortable in their new surroundings, the existing home was demolished allowing works for the independent living apartments and communal facilities to be constructed.
Harvey Group delivered the M&E design, installation and commissioning on the Jewish care Sandringham development. This project transformed the existing care home into a new care community which included 48 independent living apartments, 16 assisted living apartments, 64 elderly mentally infirm care rooms, communal areas and a new central concourse.
