Job Duties Development of outline Mechanical and Electrical designs into practical 'First Class Standard' construction / fabrication drawings and working details in Autocad and Cad-Duct 2D & 3D formats. Management and upkeep of Document Control System. Preparation from outline information of construction issue systems descriptions and equipment schedules for client information and approval.
Qualifications / Experience We require an ICT proficient, well organised, reliable person with qualifications / experience in the production of M+E 3D Cad drawings and information submittals for commercial and industrial developments. The success applicant will demonstrate a drive to do things "Right First Time" and produce information that will assist our site teams in safely delivering First Class Services. The person must have a desire for continual progression as technolgy and methods of construction change. Must have 3 to 5 years knowledge / overview of Mechanical and / or Electrical Building Services and be proficient in draughting and co-ordinating of services drawings in 2D and 3D Cad formats.
