Mechanical services included: chilled water systems, fan coil units, LTHW heating systems, domestic services, specialist LEV ventilation, heat recovery, above ground drainage and sanitary ware. Through designs stage 3+ and 4, Harvey Group were able to increase BREEAM ENE credits, reducing overall operating costs and also reducing maintenance requirements. Electrical works comprised LV switchgear, containment, lighting and controls, data, fire & security systems and audio visual.
