CEF Excellence Award shortlisting

Harvey Group have been shortlisted for two categories at the upcoming 2025 CEF Excellence Awards – Excellence in the Use of Construction Software and Construction People of the Year Apprentice of the Year.

The awards recognise the achievements of the local construction industry, and as well as highlighting the substantial contribution that our industry makes to the economy and society in Northern Ireland.

Our nomination for Excellence in the Use of Construction Software recognises our results driven approach to integrating advanced digital tools across our operations. Our integration of the software platforms has significantly streamlined our project delivery processes, improved site coordination, and enhanced overall efficiency.

We are also pleased that one of our talented Electrical Apprentices, Matthew Culbert, has been nominated for Apprentice of the Year. Since joining Harvey Group three and a half years ago, Matthew has shown exceptional dedication and a genuine passion for the industry. He continues to make a positive impact on both projects and colleagues.

Congratulations to OHMG and Turkington who have been shortlisted for Health and Education Project of the Year for Ulidia Integrated College and Commercial Construction Project of the Year for Sensata Technology Centre. We were proud to deliver the mechanical and electrical services on both projects.

Harvey Group Managing Director Jonnie Clarke said,

“We are delighted to be shortlisted in two categories at the 2025 CEF Excellence Awards. These nominations are a reflection of the hard work, innovation, and dedication shown across the company. Being recognised for our use of construction software highlights our commitment to embracing digital solutions that drive performance and efficiency across every aspect of our operations. We are equally proud of Matthew Culbert’s well deserved nomination for Apprentice of the Year. His passion, work ethic, and contribution to our projects truly embody the future of our industry.”
