Wellcome Wolfson Centre is a state of the art, purpose-built research facility, located on Belfast city hospital site. It specialises in scientific research to develop cures for eye disease, diabetes and the development of a global programme in understanding the genetics of complex chronic diseases.

A high degree of specialist systems was required and the installation included: HV Transformer and LV distribution, PV array, generator, fire alarm, disabled refuge, CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, data, containment, lighting, car park barriers, induction loops, lightning protection, sprinkler, specialist medical gases, fume extract, car park smoke ventilation, heating, cold rooms, BMS, air conditioning, underfloor heating, water treatment plant and many more.
