Mechanical services installation included sanitary ware within the ensuites, which were designed in a pod structure for easy installation and connection.
Heat interface units were supplied in each room for both heating and hot water.
A new access control system was also installed, including wireless operated doors for studios.
All students require access control cards to enter and exit the building, providing the students with safe and secure accommodation.

Design & build refurbishment of the Belfast Institute of Further and Higher Education Building at College Square East, in the heart of Belfast City Centre.
The project involved the fit-out of 414 new student accommodation units. The works were carried out over the five existing floors with three new floors added.
Harvey Group were responsible for the mechanical and electrical building services installation.
