Mechanical services installation included sanitary ware within the ensuites, which were designed in a pod structure for easy installation and connection.
Heat interface units were supplied in each room for both heating and hot water.
A new access control system was also installed, including wireless operated doors for studios.
All students require access control cards to enter and exit the building, providing the students with safe and secure accommodation.
